Function

The primary and secondary movements interlock chain connects the contacts of switches and relays that carry the single-phase 24 VAC supply line to the coil of CON-B and CON-C respectively.

While all the primary and secondary movement interlock conditions are satisfied, CON-B and CON-C remain energized, their contacts are closed, and a 26 V supply can be applied to the movement system motors. If an unsafe interlock condition occurs, the 24 V line is broken, CON-B or CON-C or both are de-energized, and their contacts open to remove the 26 V supply to the motors.
