Main contactor CON-A must be energized and circuit-breaker CB4 must be closed, otherwise three-phase mains electrical power cannot be applied to the movement systems.

When main circuit-breaker CB8 is closed, the single-phase 24 V supply the coil of CON-B and CON-C is obtained from transformer T2 in the Interface Cabinet (Area 70) via fuse FS70B on the contactor panel (Area 73). The supply line is then subject to the series of interlock conditions.

The state of LINAC should stay at Prep, any states that lower than Prep will not energize CON B and CON C, thus there will be no power for movement systems.
